Field Note #6. On "Crypto Information Diets"

Fasting is not only relevant in the physiological domain.  It is relevant in the informational one as well (see Field Note 3: On "info smog").

Below was my crypto info diet (after having already cut out the glut of wide-funnel crypto newsletters).

Now, re-orienting attention with a fasting orientation and a "clean sheet of paper" strategy.
